The individual and organizational changes aids with the following aspect that the book which was a crucial chapter in the book as it took an in-depth look at change and talked about seven significant changes in life along with stages of personal transformation which covered the individual part then models of organizational change management were discussed in which change was looked upon from an administrative point of view that why employees resist change and further talked about Japanese approach towards change finally steps were laid out in the chapter to address the personal shift in workplace and within the self.

This chapter was very informative, and I found it quite interesting to read however one thing that particularly caught my attention was the importance of changing in a business setting as well as personal life too and how easily one can resist change which could be a deciding factor towards success or at maintaining relations in life. Every chapter provided in-depth knowledge; however, this chapter was something I could reflect on.

Creativity and human relations
Was another exciting chapter of module 3 which elaborated on the term creativity and linked it to perception then it further talked about the creative process and the importance of creativity within the workplace; furthermore it also highlighted innovative methods in group settings and finally highlighted ways one could increase creativity and introduced SCAMPER to solve problems.

This chapter being very informative was terrific to read through as well, as it was packed with knowledge however what caught my attention was the creativity within groups, as It defined ways one could be more productive and creatively used methods to not only find solutions but also to interact with others, this taught me to tackle different problems and helped me broaden my horizon as I too plan on being an entrepreneur.

Conflict management
Was a very informative chapter as it provided in-depth knowledge regarding conflicts at an individual level and in the workplace setting, firstly it highlighted the types of competition in which many kinds of disputes at an individual and group settings were discussed then it provided in-depth knowledge regarding the sources of conflicts along with how one can analyze conflicts with its potential solutions finally it educated us about styles of conflict management and how to efficiently deal with conflicts leading to win-win solutions along with the art to prevent disputes from arising.

This chapter explained conflicts in a very detailed manner, however, what caught my attention was how to deal with conflicts, I generally am considered as short-tempered, and this chapter provided an insight look on how I can work on my self to become a better version of myself in my work and personal life furthermore as I plan on being an entrepreneur I believe the knowledge gained from this chapter will be very well applicable.

Stress and stress management
Was a significant chapter as it provided information about the most common problem faced, stress, and how to deal with it. Firstly, it highlighted the causes of stress and sources of stress. It focused on the physical effects of stress and highlighted its cost in the workplace. Finally, it carefully highlighted steps on reducing stress and dealing with it and how one should take care of himself.

This chapter was more towards a person's side as it highlighted the most common issue, stress. However, what caught my attention was how one can use it to reduce stress, which can help a person make better decisions and improve a person's health.

Your external and internal customers
Was a very detailed chapter in which customer service was briefly explained along with the difference of internal and external customer followed by the issues one can face in customer service. Furthermore, this chapter provided crucial knowledge in handling demanding customers. Finally, it talked about going an extra mile to retain and save the customer by supplying a value proposition to the customer, followed by ways to strengthen the bond with a customer and how a customer can be kept satisfied.

This chapter was very informative, as it briefly explained how important it is to have good customer service and how crucial it can be in retaining a customer, what caught my attention was the importance of customer service which was explained throughout this chapter as I plan on being an entrepreneur this information will be an asset in the arsenal of my knowledge which will help me in the entrepreneurial journey a lot.

The final thought of the topic is that every aspect is necessary, whether is the business management or the management of anything else.
